Moro is a restaurant in Exmouth Market in London - one of my favourite London eateries. Run by husband and wife team, Sam and Sam Clark (must cause some confusion, surely?), Moro features the other side of the Med. While there's a plethora of restaurants serving up Med-style food mainly from Italy - headed by the River Cafe, where the Clarks previously worked - Moro hones in on Spain and North Africa.
The book is full of great recipes - most of them quite simple - and informative words on ingredients - some of them quite illusive! Favourite recipes from Moro include barbequed, butterflied leg of lamb marinated in cumin and coriander and the sensational roast chicken with harisa.
Highly recommended - as is the restaurant!
