Sorry it's been so long

posted Friday, 23 May 2008

The pressures of work are telling, I'm afraid.  I am trying my best to free-up more time for blogging (and cooking!) but it's hard!  Work hours are too long, weekends have been spent 'remodelling' (read digging-up) the garden...

There are some blogs coming soon - I promise.  Top of my list was a delicious dish of baked turbot with pine nuts, almonds and basil with an olive oil sauce - so watch out for that one!

I'll be back soon - maybe even over the rather wet weekend!

I know how you feel. And if I had more time I'd battle through your comment process more often.
